New Classes for June 2011

We have updated our timetable so that you can workout earlier or later - missing the mid-day heat as summer presses on.

Join us on the terrace for early morning Yoga at 7am on Mondays and Thursdays.  For the more energetic we are doing bootcamp on Tuesdays, running on Wednesdays and boxing on Fridays at 7am.

If you're not a morning person then we're offering classes later so that you can fit them in after work - Aqua Spinning on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9pm and Boxercise on Fridays at 9pm.
